providing you with medication, your pharmacy must give preference to discounted drugs.
Important: In all cases you will receive the active substance which the doctor has prescribed. It will simply be from a different manufacturer.
If your doctor would like to prescribe you a particular medication (from a particular manufacturer) for medical reasons, without selection by the pharmacist as envisaged in other cases, he will make a note of this on the prescription. As a rule, the pharmacy has a choice between up to four discounted products. Should, by way of an exception, your pharmacy not have any discounted product in stock, they will quickly obtain the required drug or give you another product.
This ensures that you will be provided with the right drug at all times.
